A’Hearn Family Law and Mediation of Clearwater offers Mediation Services.

Ms. A’Hearn is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Civil Mediator since 2009.  She has successfully mediated many resolutions to cases and has helped the parties to resolve their cases in a respectful and dignified manner, without stress and trauma to the parties and their children.

Mediation is a process which is an alternative to litigation and serves as a mutually responsible way to resolve disputes.  In a calm environment, Ms. A’Hearn works with the parties to mediate a mutually agreeable resolution to your case which is less expensive and less emotional than engaging in lengthy and costly litigation.

In mediation, the parties maintain control over the process and self-determine the outcome of their case rather than litigating the case in a court of law, where the judge decides your case.  Mediation is a peaceful alternative to the high emotion, stress and drama that can sometimes occur during trial. Mediation produces finality with the parties entering into a settlement agreement which is filed with the court and allows the parties to quickly return to their normal lives.
